Big Yellow Inn Bed & Breakfast located in Cedar City, Utah

We turn this Bed & Breakfast into student housing during the school year. It is fully furnished and has two unites with private kitchens and five rooms that share the main kitchen. Those five rooms share a living room, dining room, sitting room and small office. We provide a washer and dryer and utilities except gas and electric. There is also high speed wireless internet.

Bard's Inn is situated directly nest door to the Garden House restaurant and about a block from campus and one block off of Main Street.

Across the Street Inn (This is directly across the street from The Big Yellow Inn Bed & Breakfast.)

The house very close to SUU on 300 West. It features a large living room, kitchen and four bedrooms and baths. There is also a basement 2 bedroom apartment with its own kitchen. Sit by the pond outside and enjoy a relaxing afternoon.

	Royal Court - King bed or 2 singles/ full bath An elegant room on the main level done in shades of green with a touch of old England. Large set of windows look onto the fish pond in the side yard. TV/DVD ALREADY RENTED Single - $1400 / Double - $900 each
	Wood Berry Way - Queen / full bath. $99.00 This room is on the main level close to the living room and is done in neutral colors. It looks out over a fish pond in the side yard. TV/DVD Single - $1300
	Garden Lane - Queen & Double beds / full bath $119.00 This room has two big sets of windows and is upstairs. A queen bed sits in the main room and a double bed sits around a corner in a nook. TV/DVD Double - $950 each
	Crimson Corner - Queen bed / full bath This room is upstairs and is done in a deep red color and has a very cozy feel to it. It is only about 10x11 feet but has a queen bed and a comfortable chair. Single - $1100 each
	Hidden Cove - King or 2 singles / Queen / full bath. A true basement apartment but done nicely. It has low ceilings with exposed pipes but is a lot of room for the money. Both bedrooms share one full bathroom TV/DVD Double - $1300 / Triple - $900 each

The Guest House (Your own private residence)

The Guest House is located four blocks south of the Utah Shakespearean Festival. This is a private residence that you will have all to yourself. It has a kitchen, laundry room, living room, three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom (A) has a queen bed or 2 singles, another bedroom (c) has a queen bed and the third very small bedroom (B) has a twin. The living room has a queen size pull out sleeper sofa and a TV/DVD/VCR combo(basic cable). There is no phone provided. You pay for gas and electric.

Enjoy the privacy of your own home in a quite residential neighborhood that is close to everything. Basic Cable and no phone. Minimum two night stay required (call for exceptions). $5 per person after 2.
